B. Rate per Hour $15.78
C. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least
threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the
place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date
specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
D. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will
provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment
to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will
provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the
worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of
employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
E. Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment
required to perform the duties assigned.
F. Employment Basis and Duration: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on Oct 01,
2025- Sept 30, 2028.
G. WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least thirty-five (35)
hours per week. Anticipated days and hours of work per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

TEACH OR INSTRUCT SCUBA DIVING UNDERWATER. TEACHES PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW TO DIVE EITHER FOR RECREATIONAL OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. THEY ARE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE DIVING PARTY AS WELL. IN CHARGE OF THE MAINTENANCE OF DIVING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. IDENTIFYING THE DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS OF OTHERS AND COACHING, MENTORING, OR OTHERWISE HELPING OTHERS TO IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS IN DIVING. IDENTIFYING THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF OTHERS, DEVELOPING FORMAL EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING PROGRAMS OR CLASSES, AND TEACHING OR INSTRUCTING OTHERS IN THE LINE OF DIVING. PERFORMING FOR PEOPLE OR DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE PUBLIC. THIS INCLUDES RECEIVING CLIENTS OR GUESTS. OBSERVING, RECEIVING, AND OTHERWISE OBTAINING DIVING INFORMATION FROM ALL RELEVANT SOURCES. DEVELOPING CONSTRUCTIVE AND COOPERATIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS, AND MAINTAINING THEM OVER TIME. COMMERCIAL PURPOSES INCLUDE TEACHING UNDERWATER PHOTO AND VIDEO SKILLS THAT A DIVER MAY USE FOR SOME UNDERWATER WORK SUCH AS DOCUMENTING CORAL SITES, FISH SPECIES,UNDERWATER CONDITIONS, HABITAT, BOAT HULL INSPECTIONS, SEARCH AND RESCUE RESPONSE FOR LOST DIVER, OR DIVING IN OTHER POTENTIAL UNFAVORABLE UNDERWATER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS. COMMERCIAL PURPOSES ALSO INCLUDE LEARNING UNDERWATER NAVIGATION WHICH NEW DIVERS MAY NEED TO PERFORM AS PART OF THEIR FUTURE WORK.
